FAQs

Do you accept my insurance?

Premier Urgent Care is a participating provider with many insurance plans. In the rare event that we do not participate directly with your insurance plan, we can submit your claim directly to your US based insurance company on your behalf. To view accepted insurances click here.

What do I need to bring with me when I come to Premier Urgent Care?

Please bring your most recent insurance card, driver's license or photo ID and any important medical information. Please be sure to let our staff know of ANY allergies, current medications and your medical history.

What are your payment policies and what payment methods do you accept?

Co-payments are due prior to being seen.
